    The problem with resubmitting another complete package is that they might accept both packages. You would then have 2 I-485s floating in the system with no refunds.

    My wife has traveled as a CR-1 visa holder, a Green Card holder, and a US citizen into DFW. She has never had a major issue. She has been very complementary of CBP personnel here.

    You cannot get an I-551 stamp until you are a legal resident (Green Card holder). You can apply for emergency AP.

    Good. The best evidence you can provide is evidence of time actually spent together. A four year marriage with little time together, along with an age gap can be cured by a lot of time together.
