Return tickets mean absolutely nothing. They are not strong ties to home country. Lying to US immigration officials is a serious matter. They already know about you. They might think you are just trying to bypass the K-1 process.

Bottom line, to me: @pama2024, with a 2 year HRR, that must be your first concern for her becoming a legal resident. My understanding is that she will have to either return home and wait out the HRR per her contract....or she will have to seek a waiver and no objection letter (which is not guaranteed). Seems that is a cumbersome, lengthy process. There are countless threads here on VJ discussing that subject. Either way, it's going to take some time.

You're stuck until they finish. 2 weeks is not a long time for AP in Pakistan. It could be much longer....maybe many months.

You can't use a USCIS receipt number for CEAC status checks. You must use the DOS case number from NVC.

I would read the I-864 instructions closely to become an "A student" of that form. Otherwise, you are headed toward an RFE. A few things I see from your post: 1. Just your tax forms are not enough. You should include evidence of your current annual income. It isn't really "additional evidence". 2. Tax forms do not indicate CURRENT annual income unless you are self-employed (which does not appear to be the case). They reflect past income. 3. W-2s are part of past tax return income. They do not always reflect current income. - Case example in point: A person who reported $200,000 on last year's tax return loses his/her employment since filing (and is currently unemployed). His/Her current annual income now would be $0.00. USCIS wants to see that the sponsor will have the ability to financially support a new immigrant for the future. That's why CURRENT & future income is king rather than past tax return information. Current annual income is calculated as follows: Most recent paystub gross income multiplied times the number of pay periods per year (12 months) = Current annual income Good luck.
