    In addition to Spectrum broadband here in the apartment building, Wife and I also have 2 Spectrum mobile lines. I absolutely love them. I have never had an issue, and the price is fantastic.

    In my mind, it points to a VJ server policy.....but I could be wrong.

    Oh....maybe a regional IP block or policy restriction? I was trained on networking back in the 90s...LOL.

    It could be Spectrum related....internet routing issue of some kind? Regional issue?

    I told Captain Ewok that it seems like an IP block is chasing me around from VPN server to VPN server....LOL.

    Without a VPN I can't even ping www.visajourney.com. It's like an IP block. Even using a VPN, I have to change servers several times a hour. Pretty odd.

    As a matter of fact, I am experiencing issues right now.....and I have Spectrum community wide internet here in our apartment complex. This issue has happened to me 2 or 3 times over the last year. I use a VPN to work around the issue. I have reported my issue to Captain Ewok. BTW, I highly recommend Proton VPN. Their free service is good.

    I'm confused. If you change either physical or mailing address, I would send a new I-865. Good luck.

    The petitioner (US citizen) must use the I-865 to update physical or mailing address. There is a spot for new physical address and new mailing address on the I-865. "The purpose of Form I-865, Sponsor’s Notice of Change of Address, is to report a sponsor’s new address. If you, as a sponsor, change your address, you must submit a completed and signed Form I-865 to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)."

    I just checked the new (to me) NVC iV processing tool. It appears NVC is scheduling interviews for Taipei cases which were document qualified last month......that is very fast compared to some...like Lagos. I like AIT. I had to get a certificate of single status affidavit from them when my wife and I married there in 2015. They were very easy to deal with.

    Yes. You can use a PO Box for the mailing address. Yes, use the AR-11 to update either or both addresses. The petitioner must also update addresses by use of the I-865...which must be mailed.

    I think AIT is authorized to accept I-130s for exceptional circumstances. Hopefully NVC will schedule your case for the interview quickly at that time. In our case, in 2017, took only 5 days after we were document qualified at NVC to schedule the interview. Historically, Taiwan is pretty quick. Good luck on your journey.

    Do you qualify for DCF? Exceptional circumstances such as a job re-location? Do not submit an I-130 to USCIS until you rule out Direct Consular Filing.

    My neighbor recently had her AOS interview waived. She came to the US via a B2 several years ago, then applied for asylum. She married a US citizen and applied for Adjustment of Status last year. Interview was waived about 3 months ago (February)....after new administration came in.
