You are overthinking this. You graduated from High School, and you have no college transcript to prove that you attended there. I see no reason to worry. Go with "High School Diploma".

I am of the Stephen Miller mindset regarding due process. He says that due process is in the Constitution to protect citizens from their government. There is no protection for foreign invaders. It seems to me that illegals who ignore due process when entering or staying in the US unlawfully should forfeit any due process when being deported.

The path of least resistance is to find another joint sponsor. You could write a letter to NVC. However, the chances of that working are unknown. Has the I-864 been accepted or rejected? If NVC schedules an interview, the Consulate Officer will be the sole approval authority for the visa. He/she can either accept the I-864 without an I-864a...or he/she could demand one. As I said, the easiest path is to find another joint sponsor.....or convince the spouse to sign the I-864a.

Update: Problem recurred.......Back on VPN to connect. Verified that, without VPN, could not connect......reconnected VPN, and I'm back.

I don't see it as a big deal. I would send the one I have right now. I don't think you will get an RFE.

Citizens are not being denied entry or deported. Have a nice trip.

1. A divorce does not change your obligations under an I-864. You will be obligated until either she becomes a US citizen, or she has accrued 40 quarters of work credit, or has lost her status as a legal resident, or she has died. 2. The I-864 is a contract between the sponsor and the US government to re-imburse for certain public benefits. I-864s have also been used by family court judges in divorce cases.
