  1. Bottom left corner of paper I-130 receipt should show USCIS Service Center. NVC stage is after the I-130 is processed and approved. At that point, you will have to pay NVC fees and submit more documentation.
  2. Maybe get an additional job to boost income.
  3. My pleasure to help. The I-865 is not as well known as the I-864...LOL.
  4. Correct, all sponsor and petitioners must report address changes within 30 days of moving if an I-864 is in force. The I-865 must be mailed. i-865instr.pdf (uscis.gov) "If at any time in the past you completed Form I-864, Affidavit of Support, to sponsor an immigrant, you are required to report your change of address within 30 days of the change if the sponsorship agreement is still in force. NOTE: Each sponsor must submit a separate Form I-865 to report an address change, even if sponsors share the same address"
  5. If you decide to submit an AR-11 , it can be done online. Takes about 5 minutes. Alien’s Change of Address Card | USCIS Be aware that all sponsors/petitioners must report address changes, too, by completing and physically mailing an I-865 to USCIS. Sponsor's Notice of Change of Address | USCIS
  6. Can you be more specific, please? Thanks
  7. You can leave any time you want. There are no immigration checks when departing the US. However, numerous people have made such decisions which they regretted alter. The two questions I see standing out are: 1. Is the relationship salvageable? 2. Do you intend to continue on a path to legal residence in the US? If you leave the US without an approved Advance Parole document at this point, you will abandon your Adjustment of Status. Good luck. I hope you find peace in the direction you decide to go.
  8. The dems are playing with fire...and they are too stupid to see it.
  9. No, she cannot work remotely inside the US while visiting. She would need authorization to work. People have been removed and banned for that.
  10. She can't work inside the US while visiting. She should be prepared for that conversation at the border.
  11. What sane person would even allow a child to make such a decision. It is beyond belief.
  12. Biden and his admin are just outright liars and scum.
  13. Huh? There is no need to wait. Exactly what ASC appointment are you talking about? CR-1 Spousal visa holders are not normally required to give fingerprints until they apply for Removal of Conditions 2 years after entry (and those can be waived).
  14. IR-1/CR-1 Spouse Visa US Immigration Timelines for Lebanon - SORT : Interview Date - DESC (visajourney.com)
  15. Consulates, as a whole, could certainly improve communication with applicants. Have you looked at other timelines for your country? That might give you an idea (if people have properly updated them).
  16. Shouldn't be a problem. Your endorsed immigrant visa serves as a temporary Green Card for a year after entry into the US..
  17. This is common. Your case is in the NVC queue for your country. Some queues are very long. Unfortunately, you also face the possibility of an extended administrative processing after the interview. AP cannot be expedited nor waived. 1. Case is DQ'd by NVC. 2. Case then enters NVC queue for your consulate and waits at NVC. 3. Consulate informs NVC of available interview date for upcoming month. 4. NVC schedules interview when case reaches the front of the queue for that consulate. 5. NVC notifies person of interview date via email. 6. NVC then sends case to consulate. After the interview is scheduled, it can take several days to several weeks for the consulate to receive the case.
  18. Sure. The Mods have been notified. Thread restored.
