Parents sometimes plan to come to the US as a visitor with the intent to stay illegally. Siblings, not so much. Consulate Officers know that...... Just one thought.

No....but some countries do not allow dual citizenship. I thought maybe that is why you have not yet filed.

We filed wife's I-751 in March 2019. No RFE's..... After waiting 40 months, wife filed N-400 in August 2022. In December 2022, both the I-751 and N-400 were approved. Wife took oath in January 2023. In what country do you hold citizenship?

Have you applied for citizenship yet? If not, that is your best action to "kick" the I-751 loose.

I think it's too late. This could haunt you for a long, long time in the immigration process.

The DS-160 does...... and the I-129F does. Sounds like they caught you. I would be worried.
