We met Playing an online game called world of warcraft. we skyped and FB for 5 months before making that leap of meeting in person and when we did we both knew that it had to be forever.i made the first trip in sept of 2015 and he came down for 42 day over Christmas and new years. I visited for a week in march and he followed me back and stayed for 20 extra days. being apart is hard but we make it work skype is a lifesaver but we both know that going on like this not how we want to live. Filed for a K1 after weighing the pros and cons of getting married first and filing. Decided that financially it would be easier to have him come down on k1 cause of lower income threshold. We still have a long journey ahead of us but this is the first big step to being together forever.
