    The interview for my mother took almost 2 years. I have updated i-864 for my mom to bring to the interview, how do I upload this new I-864 to the CEAC portal?

We have so many people waiting to be reunited with their loved ones, who log in everyday to this website. It helps estimating more accurate wait times. Takes the anxiety away!!     I need help for my mother, she is going to be immigrating soon to tge US, God willing. I need to get her police clearance certificate from Lahore and Karachi. The Lahore one was easy since she is current resident of Lahore, however we are finding it hard to get the one from Karachi, she lived there for 2 years like 20 years ago. Any suggestions?
