Without it being current, normally have to go to NY Consulate in order to obtain new ID in order to renew the passport. I wonder if the Mobile Consulate will assist on the ID , Yes, I've already thought about the Self- Return envelopes & stamps/postage.

Achraf needs to renewal his Moroccan Passport & ID, even though he has applied for citizenship. Never know when emergency could happen back home.

\ Rapid Visa has no control of how fast your petition is processed, basically they lick the stamp and mail the docs you completed and provided evidence of meeting, waste of money. A Chance of deployment, not likely for expedite, now if they had the orders, then maybe yes.

A visitor's visa is granted totally on the petitioner, if they have shown enough evidence to return back to their country. PERIOD. No language barrier involved. The interviews with K1 visas and visitor's visa are totally different.
