  1. March 8th, 2023 the congressman had our privacy release to inquire and then march 14th I Checked the case status and it said approved.
  2. Ours was approved from there with no interview! My husbands receipt date was march 2019. We contacted our states immigration congressman and they inquired about our case and the next week I checked and it said case was approved. I think they are waiving interviews sometimes!
  3. they emailed us the release form and we sent that back signed along with copy’s of any notices we received. Even if they didn’t do anything it doesn’t matter to me since it got approved. Just thought it might be an option for other people just in case it did help. We don’t really have any plans of him becoming a USC, as of now the pros do not outweigh the cons for us. No family of his is going to come here 😂
  4. Thank you!!! It is absolutely! I almost want to burn my pile of proof I’ve been collecting for the last four years 😂😂
  5. I just checked my husbands case status on the uscis website and after FOUR years it finally says case was approved!!!! I don’t know if it helped at all but I did google our states immigration congressman and they were putting in an inquiry last week, and yesterday it was approved. I’m so relieved and I wish you all a painless removal of conditions process. This website has helped me so much from the start and I appreciate all of you! ps we did NOT apply for his citizenship
  6. Right! Every time we’ve called they brush us off and say it’s within the time blah blah. To me our case seems so damn cut and dry that I cannot imagine someone wouldn’t look at it and just approve it to get it out of the way! i know it’s probably not how that works. I did. just send over documents so our state congressman can send over an inquiry. Curious to see what comes of that.
  7. Received my husbands 48 month extension letter.. we filed march 2019.. so the new letter expires in three months 😂😂🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
  8. We have similar time lines, in june it will have been 48 months for us. Our local field office is also minneapolis and i have read somewhere they are literally one of, if not thee slowest office. It is so annoying!! I just emailed the wisconsin immigration congressman and once i sent them back a signed privacy thing, they are going to inquire about my husbands application.
  9. Im wondering too what congressman to contact? My husband has been waiting for an interview since 2019 also. And just got the 48 extension slap in the face today 😂
  10. Dang it, i was being too hopeful! I think it is the 48 extension.. which is then pointless for us 😂🤷🏼‍♀️
  11. Right, i thought after 3 years it would be at our local field office by now! I dont understand our govenment 😂🤦🏼‍♀️
  12. Damn really? 🥲 3 years after his original one expired and his ADIT stamp expired?
  13. Did you get an approval letter before you found out online you were approved? My hubs has been ready to schedule interview since 2019 and in our mail app i see hes getting a letter from NBC today. Thats the first contact weve had since his original extension letter.
