    - 1/1998: Travelled to Egypt with permission from INS

    - 5/1998: Superior Court of Arizona dismissed all charges in mini thin case

    - 3/1999: INS interview

    - 3/1999: Received request for information on nature of arrest (due to answering yes to the “have you ever been arrested” question) from IO who conducted our interview. We submitted police report, case dismissal and all paperwork regarding mini thin case.

    - 12/1999: Travelled to Egypt with permission from INS

    - 9/2000: Travelled to Egypt for my husband mother’s death with permission from INS. When we arrived back to the US, the IO officer stamped his I-94 as PAROLED, should have been ADMITTED. This is what made him unbondable when he was detained by ICE in April 2005 according to one attorney?

    - 10/2002: Denial of I-485 based on 212(a)(2)(c), mini thin case in 1997.

    - 10/2002: Retained 1st attorney. Has us file for asylum, which we were not seeking. We did not go to asylum hearing, said this would get us in front of judge faster, his little “trick”.

    - 11/2003: 1st master calendar in Phoenix Immigration Court. Attorney had us in wrong courtroom.

    - 11/2003: Received Order of Absentia for not being present in correct courtroom (filed with State Bar against this attorney, received some money back from him)

    - 1/2004: Retained 2nd attorney, he filed a Motion to Reopen with EOIR based on ineffective counsel and exceptional circumstances.

    - 2/2004: Received Approval for Motion to Reopen from EOIR.

    - 2/2004: Attorney sent in status check on I-130, no reply. Until now never approved or denied.

    - 11/2004: Another hearing. Not sure what happened. I ordered Cassette of hearing via FOIA. I paid two companies to “clean up recording” but mostly inaudible. I do remember that the judge told the INS prosecutor that the I-94 from 2000 was stamped paroled and that it was incorrect. He said INS needed to correct it to read admitted.

    - 1/2005: Visited two Arizona Congressman who both sent inquiries at our request. Nothing they could do as INS told them case was no longer pending and I-485 was denied in Oct 2002. The mini thin case was also mentioned to them in reply from USCIS. Said no approval notice was shown for I-130.

    - 4/2005: Master calendar Phoenix Immigration Court. ICE detained my husband 10 minutes before we made it into courtroom.

4/2005: Attorney asked immigration judge in Florence facility to make a decision on the I-130/AOS. Attorney said once decision is made bond should be granted, decision never made.

    - 4/7/2005: Received Additional Charges of Inadmissibility/Deportability (Form I-261)

    - 4/2005 to 6/2005: Held at Florence, AZ immigration detention facility and was deported to Egypt in June 2005. (Agreed to be deported)

    - Warning to Alien Ordered Removed or Deported (form I-294) THIS WAS GIVEN TO MY HUSBAND IN HAND WHEN HE LEFT USA in JUNE 2005

    - 7/2005: I sold everything, our business, house, cars and moved to Cairo.

    - 10/2009: Called USCIS and inquired about I-130. Since we have no receipt number they did a check by name and DOB, said no I-130 in the system and it was probably denied after I-485 was.

-12/2009: Met with very well-known immigration attorney, said it would be hard case and would require a lot of money and travel to Cairo by him. Suggested an investor visa as an alternative.

    - From 2009 until 2014 met with several attorneys. All agreed a hard case, some would not even take it.

    - 2010 After many years of trying, miraculously our son was born. I travelled alone back to Arizona to deliver him.

    - 7/2015 I moved back to Arizona with our son so he could start Kindergarten. We travelled to Egypt on Winter break to visit my husband.

    - 4/2016 We decided to start from scratch. I filed I-130 this month with Phoenix lockbox. We plan to do this alone, hard yes, impossible, we are trying to be positive and pray someone fair will take a look at this. We have a good feeling… if you think we’re crazy, you are right...its ok, we have to try or we’ll never know. We will try.
