Finally saw Case Approval in MyUSCIS website. Now waiting for NVC mail.

My wife filed for her mom I-130 form on Dec 5, 2022 and so far no update but this "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS"

Can you file a US birth certificate for your new born at the embassy? That way he/she is a US citizen already.
