Thanks. Yes, I did read the first three questions, but my husband insists that is still the form to fill out and I filled out the regular one instead. Thanks for all your advice and your response, it is appreciated

Please. my husband and I are unsure which form to fill out. I am a 100% P&T disabled veteran, and do not file taxes. SO, my husband and I are unsure if I should fill out the I-864 or the I-864ez. This is second time applying for him, and neither of us remember which form we used. The first time they didn't believe my income and asked for a joint sponsor, which was my mom, but she has no passed. I can't get help from anyone else if this is asked of me again. I know what is suggested on what to submit, but which form. please help. thanks in advance
