Hi all, My Canadian fiance never received his Packet 4. This is the second time he's reached the point of his medical appointment (missed it first time due to relationship issues) and he attended last week and found out he had to bring Packet 4 to the appointment. He never received a packet 4, only the confirmation email. He was denied at the medical (did not let him go through with it). His interview is in Montreal this Wednesday (today is Monday). However, the embassy has not responded to his email requesting Packet 4 (and he called last week and they said he had to email his request). If he reschedules, this will be the third time and will likely put him out another 2 months or so (it seems to take about 60 days between scheduling date and actual appointment date). He cannot get a hold of the Medisys to reschedule (they were too busy to reschedule him in person last week and said he had to do it online, but they still haven't confirmed a date/time and his appointment was last Thursday), and the embassy is not open until Wednesday morning (his appointment is Wednesday morning). Can this nightmare improve, or are we doomed to start this whole thing over again? He has no proof that he attempted to attend the medical since he didn't get a receipt for appearing there last week. The embassy is closed until Wednesday, perhaps due to the American holiday. Should he still attend the interview, or just reschedule everything all over again and hope that he gets Packet 4? (This being the second time, the first time he didn't get Packet 4, either.....) Thanks in advance..... you guys were a great help last time I reached out here ~Melissa
