  1. The guide on this site say that if I want to sponsor my brother and his wife in the UK to immigrate to the US, I just need to file one form to also apply for his wife to come as well: > Note: You do not need to file a separate Form I-130 for your sibling’s spouse or unmarried children under 21 years of age. But how do I do that? Do I just have to add her name to the form as his spouse in the spouse section? Anything else I need to submit? It doesn't say anything about showing a copy of the marriage certificate, so curious if that's needed, to show that they are indeed married.
  2. That's what I want to do, but I'm wondering if it will affect his British citizenship process in any negative way. Will they know he's also trying to get a US citizenship/residency?
  3. I'm a US Citizen. I have a brother that used to live in HK, but recently made the move to the UK via his BNO Visa. He needs to wait another year in order to apply for a British Citizenship. In the mean time, I wanted to file a petition to have him and his wife immigrate to the USA. The end result will have them both on a dual citizenship of UK and US, and living in the US. My question is, does filing the I-130 now affect my brother's (and his wife's) British Citizenship process in any negative way? I want to start the process now, as I know it will take a long time for the petition to go through (10+ years I believe?).
