Jamie and I met on Twitter in mid-November, 2015. Neither one of us were looking to meet anyone. I was awaiting my final divorce notification and he lives in England. After a few back and forth conversations, we realized there was something else going on and exchanged Whatsapp numbers. That lead to daily (multiple times a day!) phone calls, and eventually to a discussion of marriage. Jess went over to visit Jamie in England in April of 2016 and is now working on the K1 visa packet. Jamie will be here to visit in June of 2016 and to officially propose once he meets Jess's family.
