Hi everybody. I filed a petition for another fiance in the past. After divorce, I didn't keep any paperwork of that petition because I didn't think I will never sponsor anyone to US any more. But I fell in love with another foreign person again, and then I am filing a new petition...My problem is answering question 14.e on form I-129F, they ask for Date of Filing of past petition - includes date, month and year. Now I can only remember the year of my previous petition. Is there any way to retrieve past personal petitioning record? And how bad if I can only provide the year of my previous filing? I appreciate very much for any help.
