Yes, you'll receive the 2nd Notice of Action I-797, that your case has been approved by USCIS and been forwarded to NVC. Then you'll get another letter from NVC with your new case No. and then already a long wait till your PD will get current.

You will get the notice when it was received , the notice when it is approved ( which could be years later) and then a long silence as you wait for a visa number.
