  1. For some reason the August Filers List won't allow me to copy/paste with proper formatting.

But I filed on August 2nd to the Vermont Processing Center, did my Biometrics September 2018 and just received a letter today to inform me I am approved and a card will be mailed to be within the next 60 days. The app and website did NOT update my status when I checked it every day for the last few months. Just today it showed that my card was being mailed to be from the USCIS Case Status page.

Just glad this is over and I can move on to my citizenship.

  2. So I had my biometrics last Friday and received an update to my Receipt # today for the first time since starting my Removal of Conditions.

So now do I just wait for possible RFE or interview? I know many of us have a long wait ahead of us.

    Fingerprint Review Was Completed

As of September 24, 2018, we completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number EACXXXXXXXX, at our Vermont Service Center location. We will let you know if we make a decision or need anything from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Hello All, we received an email today from UCIS stating this: As you can see our case number starts with LIN! Our file was received by CSC on August 10th, check cashed 09/22/2018. Waiting on NOA.

Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS Nebraska Service Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with your Receipt Number LINxxxxxxxxxx. With the official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) you may visit www.uscis.gov where you can check the status of your case using My Case Status. We suggest you wait until you have received your Form I-797 before checking My Case Status.

This confirmation provides notification of the date USCIS received your case.  This notice does NOT grant any immigration status or benefit. You MAY NOT present this notice as evidence that you have been granted any immigration status or benefit. Further, this notice does NOT constitute evidence that your case remains pending with USCIS. The current status of your case must be verified with USCIS

I've never seen a case file starting with LIN, is this specific to the processing center? Mine is still the same from my CR-1 application

Did anyone submit cards as supporting evidence? We have some cards that we've given to each other and from family for holidays. Was wondering how to make copies of them or if it's even worth submitting.

I submitted copies of birthday/holiday/anniversary cards we received from friends and family to show our continued marriage and also included scans of anniversary/Valentine's Day cards

    Hi!

Sent my package last Saturday and it should arrive today. I just scanned thru the posts and can't believe the amount of evidence you guys submitted... WOW! 😳😳😳

I may have about 30 pages max!

Let's see if they end up asking for more. I'll keep you posted.

Hope we all have a smooth and FAST process. 🤞

I totally feel like QUALITY of proof is preferred for USCIS officers. I would be pissed if I got a 500+ page application to review ha ha! Mine was 130 pages, but a lot of it was to support why we do our finances separately, things like that.

    Hello all!!

Our 90 day window is about to come up as well. I am almost done gathering all the documents, and hope to send out the packet by next week *crosses fingers*

I have the following so far:

-Pictures spanning from November 2016 (when my husband came) until now, July 2018.

-Three affidavits (one from my mom, and two of my close friends) they're pending to be notarized... (just in case.)

-Bank Statements (November 2016 through July 2018) for each of our individual accounts (my husband opened his individual bank account in December 2016), and joint account (which we opened in April 2018.)

-Letter from my employer (stating of the benefits that I have with them, and confirming that my spouse is my beneficiary (life insurance, dental/health.)

-Copies of life/accident insurance (some letters are from 2017, some from 2018.)

-Health insurance statements (some from 2017 and 2018)

-Dental insurance letter (with benefit information and lists my husband as part of the plan.)

-Copies of our Drivers' License **we do not have a lease, as we currently live with my mom. However we help to pay the bills (bank statements reflect transfers made to each other.) And the affidavit provided by my mom includes this information.

-Copy of auto insurance information **my mom is also under this insurance, so her name is listed as well.

-Copy of our GYM membership information (joined in June 2017)

-Copy of our plane ticket/hotel reservation (went to NY in July 2017, and to the Dominican Republic in Dec. 2017). Though we booked them separately (don't ask me why -_-) both reflect the same departure/return dates, and our seats are side by side. For the hotel reservation (for when we went to the Dominican Republic) it only has my name, but it was reserved for both of us (listed as 2 adults) Would passport stamps help??

We also have a car, however, at the time we bought it, it was signed under my name. Since my husband did not have a credit, we were advised to not add him. None of the documentation related to it includes his name. We actually split our monthly car payments, and recently decided that he will pay the full amount. He is the one that currently drives it the most (to his job.) I am not sure what can be provided, other than the car payment receipts (and also the bank statements show his transfers made to me.)

In regards to a phone bill, we share the account along with my two brothers and mom as part of a family plan. The main account holder is my brother (who does not live with us.) I am not too sure what to present, unless I can print out our phone call records?

And I am probably missing the cover sheet as well.

    Hopefully I have enough...

Any suggestions as to what else I can add, before I finalize the packet?

    Thanks 🙂

Look into things like greeting cards you've both received in the mail, to show your relationship but also being at the same address!

I also included gift receipts of large purchases we've made to one another, like rings, watches, tech.

If I may ask, how many pages did you guys end up having? I'm easily running into the 400 pages or more right now. Two full phone bills - just 76 pages alone for the two..... I downloaded phone logs and put them into a Table, much more reasonable. So I'm putting two phone bills, then the tabulated phone logs after...

I ended up with 170 pages total, tried to make it as concise as possible without repeating too much of the same documentation like bank statements/bills, etc. Focused more on showing our travels, the fact we are on one another's accounts, joint ownership of things, etc.

I could've easily sent in 400 pages myself ha ha.
