Oath ceremony scheduled for May 24th

The I-130 form was filed in November 2010, but wasn't acknowledged until Feb 2011. The I-130 was approved in October, 2013. At which point we started monitoring the visa bulletin.

If she wants to apply for the Adjustment of Status, she should inform NVC regarding this issue once the welcoming letter gets in. Once this is done, NVC will send her docs to USCIS for further considerations. Note that she is not supposed to pay the fees required by NVC and she should pay the fees required by USCIS instead.
One issue confused me here. Her i-130 was approved in 2013 but the PD is in 2011? How is it possible? Have you asked NVC to change the PD?
Her priority date was from when they acknowledged the original paperwork unless I'm missing something....?

Hello,So I have a question about the F2B processing. My sister (unmarried over 21 years old) was sponsored by my/her father, who is a permanant resident. The case was given priority date of Feb 2011 and I130 was approved October, 2013.In relation to the visa bulletin, the current FILING priority date is Dec 15, 2010 and has been for multiple months now... I am hoping it eventually moves up by a couple of months next time it shifts, we will see.Once the priority date becomes current, we will be waiting until the NVC contacts her to mail in the I-485 forms and necessary documents. However, my sister has recently given birth to a child (November, 2015).I did some research and it appears that a form (DS-261/260 I think?) can be filled out for the baby and sent to the NVC. My question is, will this form be sent in once the priority date becomes current and the NVC contact for the I-485 and other documentation or does it need to be sent in prior to this?Would appreciate any insight folks may have.Thanks.

What do you have to send?
did you file under 3 or 5 year rule?
I have to provide a letter from my doctor regarding a past eating disorder to prove I'm not suffering from it anymore and am not a "threat to myself or anyone else." It was years ago, but what can ya do...
I filed under the 5 year rule. Will get it sorted and then all will be good. Just adds an annoying delay to the process.

Hey everyone,
The interview went okay, I passed everything, but I have to submit some more documents. I will update again once I've sent those in and hopefully heard back.
Thanks!

Hi,
I've been browsing the timeline of the Dec applicants in order to predict how long a family member's app will take. I figured I should register and share her time frame too. Not really sure how it works, so I will share the info below and hopefully someone can add it to the chart.
GC since: 12/20/2008
Sent: 12/17/2015
Cashed: 12/24/2015
NOA: 12/23/2015
That's all I have for them so far. They sent it to the Texas lockbox and field office is Orlando, FL.
Thanks and good luck to everyone :-)
