@Demise Thank you everyone for clearing this to me I have a better vision now I understand I have options to follow the better one seems to me the SB-1 visa I think I still have to time ti file for this kind of visa to let me go back to the USA without having any troubles with CBP. I think I'm no longer LPR since I stayed more then 12 months in morocco that's cancel your Green card, even though it's still valid until 2030. Second, I couldn't afford the fees for a boarding foil. Tragic I didn't plan this to happen.

No I haven't relinquished my GC it was stolen at the airport of casablanca when I landed here so I could't go back to USA without it. Now im looking for ways to immigrate back to USA that's why Im choosing the DV lottery.

Appleblossom : I've had a green card I stayed more then one year in morocco I've lost my green card and now I'm planning to file for the DV Lottery is that gonna increase my chances to be picked up? Thanks.
