    actually BIG Thank you for being a team sport . I received email yesterday that they have taken action against my case. however after reading your comments today checked under my documents tab and saw the Notice Type: Approval Notice.

    where do you see those options ? I tried to add my case which said to put in some sort of an access code with the dob. The access code comes in the mail with the receipt. because i didn't see one on the online receipt.
