    I am so sorry! But why don't you try to email them again? Attached your DQ email along with your citizenship or passport. Kindly ask them to schedule an appointment asap. The worst they can say is NO. I encourage you to try again. Please let me know.

    It should not take this long. There are always visas available for IR of USC. Send an inquiry. Hope this help! Public Inquiry Form (state.gov)
