Okay so i got my 10 years Green card. I already filled up my N400 form and ready to send. Now the difficult task for me is that "WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE NEED TO BE SUBMITTED WITH N400???"

I saw online form submission option for N400. N400 can submit online and offline both???

Please let me know so i can gather those documents and submit it. Thank you in advance.

This whole process is testing my patient for sure.LOL

So can i apply for Citizenship in December 2018 as my GC expires in March 2019 (3 years in USA)  or should i follow the new time line as i got 6 month green card extension letter from USCIS and according to that i got extension from march 2019 + 6 months means september 2019.

When should i count my 90 days and apply?

In december 2018 as march 2019 will be 3 years.

or

July 2019 as per extension letter from USCIS?

Please let me know. i am so confused between these two.

Today I received my I-797 Notice of Action "Your conditional resident status is extended for 18 months from the expiration date on your Form I-551 Permanent Resident Card (also known as a Green Card).....from Vermont.

Now when  can i start my application for citizenship?

So my Biometric was done in february and i also checked my status on USCIS which is saying the same "case received at local office" thing. Now my question is, While this process is going on, what is the best time to apply for citizenship? as i heard that we can apply for citizenship while this process is going on. Is that true? What steps/forms should i start with?

just finished my Biometrics today. The time i entered in the USCIS center and the time i finished and got out of the center was 9 minutes total. Quick and easy.

Finally, my check is cashed today. My case is at VSC. I had submitted my package on 18 dec 2017. Waiting for my NOA1. Hopefully will get it in week or so.

I mailed my I-751 to Vermont center on December 18 (12/18/2017) and it was received on December 20,2017 (12/20/2017). I sent it thru priority mail and it was delivered on 20th. I have received nothing till now. can someone please add my case in to that list. Thank you. Please keep update who sent after 20th.

I called NVC for DS-261 review and they did it over phon and said IV invoce will be appear by 5-7 days.

So thank you so much for your guidance.

I will pay the IV fees and then fill DS-260 ASAP and then will wait for my husband's PCC from india.

2. W2 of past 3 years
3. Employment Verification Letter
4. Pay Stubs
5. Bank Statements
6. Marriage Certificate
7. Copy of US passport
8. Citizenship Certificate

Do i need anything else???please tell me

For IV supporting Documents,

1. Beneficiary's Passport copy,
2. Beneficiary's Birth certificate Copy,
3. Marriage Cerificate,
4. Beneficiary's PCC

or do i need to send all the documents of petitioners too???

And do we have send letters and phone bills as a proof of relationship?

Today i am writting my queries regarding PCC form India.

I completed my DS-261 and paid my AOS fees, which shows paid now on website.

Its been 2 weeks gone since AOS fees paid but still IV fees option is not there.

>How long it will take to get IV invoice?

And the main thing is,

I already have all the AOS documents and IV documents ready to send except PCC of my husband from India.

>What should i do?

>Should i send AOS documents?

>Should i send AOS + IV docs (without PCC)?

>Should i wait for PCC from india? ( Which is going to take 15 more days)

>All the documents from india must be attestd or photocopy is OK ?

Also my husband added my name to his passport which changed my family name.

But i will chang it after my husband land here.
