  1. Thanks guys! I hope all us Oct filers don't get an RFE! ^_^

Once you have your case number you do not have to wait to schedule your appointment at USEM Philippines. But you are correct, sometimes it takes up to 24 hours before your visa payment has posted and the calendar for open appoints is accessible to you. Follow the step by step instructions for processing through the Philippines from the red twisting arrow below. I outline how to avoid the "gotchas" and to keep moving forward with ease. Look for the tab "NVC to USEM" and begin the process. Make sure you get the Embassy Letter and follow it as all that you need for the interview is contained in that letter.

Be sure to go over to the sub-forum for the Philippines as many questions are being asked and answered. Good luck.

Sooo helpful! Thank you for this. I'll be checking out the PH forum and see what's going on. Not sure how long would it take from this point till her entry but I'm hoping it'll be quick ^_^

  2. The case is sent to to the NVC.

I've read that it is possible to call them after 2 weeks that you got your NOA2, to get your case number with them.

That way you can follow the process on the next steps.

You need to also start preparing the affidavit of support.

The petitioner should get a letter from the NVC and the beneficiary will get a letter from the embassy.

Time to prepare for the interview (medical exam, copy of the I-129F package, etc.)

    Hope this helps.

The VJ guide is very helpful so take a look at it:

    :)

What if you don't have a copy of the whole i129f package? O.o

  3. My fiance sent the petition to Texas on October 22 and it arrived on October 23. He's from South Carolina, I'm from the Philippines. We're still waiting on NOA1. I hope our processing times are all fast. Every single one of us knows how terrible the feeling is of being too far away from the one we love, I feel so miserable not being able to be with him. Godbless to everyone going through ane about to go through this petitioning process.

I hope your petition goes smooth!! Are you ready to wait in line for NBI clearance and all that good stuff? ^_^

  4. The 129-F package was delivered today! I am actually living in Shanghai (I've been here on work assignment until February), but I am encouraged by the unusually fast turnarounds that have been reported. Looking forward to good news.

Congrats and buckle up! it'll be one crazy ride.. It's been 10 flippen days since I sent out my i129f and so far I've seen 5 white hairs on the right side of my head.. :secret:

  5. Congratulations to all of you who got approved!!:joy: Woot woot!! ^_^ They better hurry and get all September filers done already and move to us October filers :)

Congrats to all who got their approval !!!!!!

    Moving to the next step!!!!

For all of you who are still waiting for NOA2, keep faith, it will be your turn very soon

Have a great weekend everyone :joy:

Congratulations! I bet you're having an awesome weekend right now ^_^ by any chance are you related to Pablo Dino?

  6. Hi Guys. sent my application for K1 last September 16 and received the NOA1 September 24. I'm just wondering when their going to send the NOA2. I'm a little bit worried because I read some forum they received their NOA2 after 20 days the date they received their NOA1. It's been 1 month the last time I received my NOA1 tell now I didn't receive the NOA2

Good luck to all of us guys!

    Sept 16,2015 - sent I-129F

    Sept 19, 2015 - USPS delivered

    Sept 24, 2015- received NOA1

    ???????????- NOA2

Sorry to hear that. I hope you get it soon! a month of nothing would turn my hair all white.. Would it be bad to give uscis a call now than wait? I mean nothing bad on being safe than sorry no?

  7. Hello October filers! ^_^

    Here's my journey.

Oct 14,2015 - I became a US citizen and received the last requirement that I need for the i129f. Naturalization certificate! ^_^

    Oct 15 - Sent out i129f

Oct 16 - Post office confirmed delivery.

Oct 17 - I found out that I should've made a copy of all the documents I sent out but oh well too late now..

Oct 18 to 20 I was kicking rocks..

    Oct 21 - Check pending

    Oct 22 - Check cleared

The waiting is killing me slowly! I'm trying to keep me busy but it's not working -_- What do you guys do to fix this issue?
