  1. I've been here for 8 years, so 5 year rule, no early filing.
  2. Baltimore FO - interview was just scheduled. Waiting on details.
  3. I think Baltimore is just always a tad slower. I just hope we hear back soon.
  4. Thank you! It is not easy, but fulfilling some of my spouse's wishes and dreams brings me closer to my spouse. I just wish we had had more time. We'll see what my paperwork is doing. There's no speeding it up at the moment, so it's all wait and see.
  5. Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear you had so much trouble! Our ROC was also taking a long time, but this time around, it should "just" be the N-400 on a 5-year basis, so I hope, hope, hope, it won't be too long. I just checked the VJ Timelines and none of the recent N-400 filers who entered their data had the oath ceremony on the day of the interview, so at this point, I'm not even hoping for that anymore. All I'd like to see is some movement. It was honestly hard enough to lose my spouse so soon after ROC was completed and without my spouse getting to see me for the oath ceremony whenever it will be.
  6. I should also be in Baltimore, the waiting is so nerve wracking...
  7. You're not alone there, but our time will come. Congrats, everyone!
  8. It's probably just their generic default NOA that you received, with no edits made regarding Biometrics etc.
  9. I filed online, so I had the update that the case is with the NBC pretty much right away. Biometrics reuse notification came right after.
  10. Guten Abend!
  11. Hi, fellow June filers! I also submitted with a date of June 5, and it's with the NBC and also at 7 months. We'll see how things go. Good luck everyone!
  12. Thank you all a lot! I've attached our marriage certificate and my spouse's death certificate, just to be safe. It's all in the hands of USCIS now, I guess.
  13. Hi everyone, I've been eligible to apply for citizenship for a while (entered in 2016 based on CR-1), but am only now getting to it, so I'm filing under the 5-year rule. I've barely been out of the country (traveled twice for a total of under 2 weeks). Am I tripping that under the 5-year rule, I don't need to submit our marriage certificate, and - sadly - my spouse's death certificate, but instead just my GC and the tax transcripts? I think I'm otherwise good to go on the paperwork, it's all filled in, but the evidence to be submitted under the 5-year rule is weird to me, considering all the papers we sent for ROC etc. Thanks in advance!
