Our Scan date was 3rd sept still no cc.

Been calling NVC daily. They said our review date was 28th Sept. What does that mean? Wouldn't our case be complete by now if that was the review date? Should I expect a checklist? They said they received another letter from us and our scan date was 24th. Argggh! . We sent a copy of passport a day after we sent the other AOS package just to be sure and it took more than 20 days to get there? We have called several times begging them to ignore the last mail because it contained a doc already int he other package. They said they couldnt.

Basically we just lost 20 days!!

So frustrating!

I am glad to inform you all that my case completed today. Online it doesn't show N/As. I called NVC just now and they told me that my case is completed today.

Yes I also counted calendar days. Aos/iv package scan was aug26, petition/case scan was aug14. 30 days from Aos/iv scan is when you can expect them to review your documents and applica
