I lived in the Chicago suburbs in 2002-2003 as I participated in a Fulbright Teacher Exchange program. During my stay I thought I wanted to experience a real American date and joined an online dating service. I met Eric in February 2003 and he proposed a few months later in San Francisco July 2004. I had to return home that same month and due to my exchange visa requirements could not move to the US for two years. Eric moved to the UK in March 2004 and we got married in July 2004. We started the visa process in September 2005 and our visa interview is on May 26th!!
