Petition Filled in November 2017 Left USA IN 2019 Petitioner my father passed in 2020 Petition approved in 2021 Case transferred to NVC Entry again USA 2024 I am waiting for a U visa to ve available Inside the USA. I got parole to reach in April 2024 on behalf of U-VISA. My Petition is an I-130 Category F1 Petition that was approved After 6 months of death of the Petitioner I was overseas in Pakistan at the time of my father's death.
