    Congratulations and to all that have finally received approval. My dad filed I-130 and I-485 in September 2021 and his case is still pending. Meanwhile, my mother filed in October 2021 and her green card was delivered in May 2023. Anyone else experiencing extreme delays?

    Parents I-30 remains pending. My mom's I-485 keeps getting RFE due to the medical portion. USCIS has already extended the validity period for the I-693, but they keep screwing up. My mom has already forked thousands on multiple Civil surgeon exams. I'm at my wits end. 😞
