Hi! My noa1 date is 1/2/2018 too and my case was transferred to Nebraska on 2/5.

They updated my birthday right away. And nothing so far...lol its been almost a month since they updated my birthday. I was so exicted because i thought they were touching my case. But nothing until now...

Hehe ! Excitement didn't last long. Lets hope for the best.

  2. Hello Everyone,

My NOA 1 date is 01/02/2018,  never received any biometric appointment, received  one 18 month extension notice, and  couple of transfer notices,  most recent being transferred to Nebraska from CSC on Feb 5, 2019.

Now old website shows status as of today as " On March 7, 2019, we updated your date of birth for your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WAC180XXX"

I hope this means some good news, however new website still does not show any update, last status over there is "June 18, 2018 Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction"

Hopefully there should be some good news for the folks who got transferred to Nebraska from CSC recently.

  3. No interview for me today also....Did anybody at new delhi embassy is even getting a date.... Embassy says they have opened date and NVC is in no mood of giving dates....Man these guys are making my life almost on the verge of frustration....

Yeah I can feel your frustration...I was going through similar motions when I was not getting scheduled. We were calling NVC almost everyday after 10 days of case complete and got tired of hearing same response. It really stresses you out ...It took 31 days after cc for me to get an interview date. I hope you don't have to wait that longer..Wish you luck.

  4. Hey guys got interview scheduled for 1st march...very relieved now...Got date exactly month after cc..This whole process is very stressful.

@dwheels76 ,you and along with fellow VJ members have been very helpful in this journey. So thank you very much all of you. @dwheels76 can you please add me to spreadsheet. You are doing very nice work which has been very very helpful to me,thanks for your efforts.

  5. A case compete doesn't automatically give you an interview. They could have been complete with scheduling and filled up. All you can do is wait until next go round for March. Which should start end of January 1st week in February.

    Yeah.Thanks

Mumbai is one of those consulate who is very busy and they have a lot of interviews scheduled a month ahead....I believe you will get a interview for March and it will be scheduled in last week of Jan or 1st week of Feb.... Also are you a US citizen or green card holder....I am asking because US citizens are given priority over green card holders when scheduling interviews....

Ok. Thanks. Btw my wife is US citizen.

  6. Thank you, do you know appropriately how much time will it take now?

Thank you, do you know appropriately how much time will it take now?

    Congratulations on your approval.

They say it takes around 2 weeks to get transferred to NVC but it depends.

For some cases NVC receives within a week or so and for some it takes long.

Mine was transferred very late ....approved on sep 10 ....transferred to NVC on oct 2 and NVC received it on oct 9.

  7. any approval for cases transferred from Vermont to california for April 2015 filers pls

Yeah ours was transferred from Vermot to california around 25th august...but we got approved on 10th september

our PD was 6th april..Many april filers got tranferred from VSC to CSC during the same period, but I believe most of us got approved.Did you try calling USCIS ??

  8. @shahmalhar did you talk with level 2 officer/supervisor? Because, since you received NOA1 on April 23rd it seems very long time than average 5 months that they are telling us.Our NOA1 was 6th april and we got approved on 10th september. Hope you will receive good news soon. We are praying for all the april filers who have not got their approvals yet .Hope all of you get your approvals sooner.

  9. Hey guys, just got done with todays work, couldnt get on the phone in the whole day and when I get out and can finally check it, a picture from hubby: APOROVED!

I am in tears on the bus ride home. Thanks for the support you gave me and others during these past months. More is yet to come but im so glad of this!

We got approved on friday but today they sent the notification and changed the status online!

    Congratulations!!!

  10. PEOPLE WHO GOT TRANSFERRED:

You guys qre giving me hope! Transnferred on the 25th but PD is apr 14

Thank you for making my day, I thought we were gonna wait longer since hubby called yesterday and it looked like we'd have to wait more!

Actually, don't believe the timeline that USCIS tells you. My wife called USCIS office twice after our case was transferred and both times they told her that they were processing February 23rd cases and we have to wait 42 days for our case to be processed. And yet we got our approved notice yesterday. Don't think their internal system is very upto date. You should be getting your approval very soon. Also, we got our notice first and then the status was changed online.

  11. Hey guys we got approved.....yeyyyyyyy

Actually we were checking status on the website everyday since our 5 months are over.
But when my wife called me today morning saying I have got our approval notice in my hand I was like overjoyed.
And still our status is not updated on USCIS website and I didn't get email also.
Notice date is sep 10,so technically we got approved on sep10 and received on sep 14.
I was very worried since our case got transferred to CSC.
So its good news guys who got transferred from VSC to CSC .Hopefully you all will here it soon. All the best.
  12. Yesterday my wife called USCIS to know our case status as our five months since filing petition are over. And what they said is absolutely ridiculous.

They said that our case is in backlog and running 42 days behind .They are currently processing feb 23rd case and asked us to wait atleast 30 days

before calling to USCIS again. This does not make any sense ,if this was the case how come people with PDs later than ours are getting approved.

They should not have put processing time of 5 months on their website if they are not meeting their targets. This is so frustrating.
