I am US citizen and I have applied two separate cases of I 130 for my wife and minor child. I been 13 months now and I haven't received any reply from USCIS besides my receipt letter when I applied the case. It says that processing time is up to 15 months but my case is not opened yet. Is USCIS gonna another 15 months once they open the case? Is my case seems normal in time frame wise? If not what should I do? Thanks
