Also, make sure this information is consistent if you are asked for it again down the line, like during the consulate stage, AOS, ROC, or Naturalization.
That means:
The actual address where she was living
Actual dates of residence/employment
"Unemployed" for any unemployed periods
My wife had some similar things in her biographical history; for example she spent a few months living with her grandmother between apartments, and she had several short-term jobs, unemployment periods, and periods working for herself as a contractor. We simply listed all of this information as accurately as possible, and got zero questions about any of it during the I-129F/K-1 process or any subsequent applications through to naturalization.
