perpetrator had - questionable behavior with girls while a teacher of a 5th grade class - parents that were killed were accompanied by their 2 girls, ages 7 and 9 - the news story gives me the impression is area is remote, not many people around, and has zero cell phone coverage "the park's rugged terrain and lack of cellphone service delayed their response and public alerts." maybe i've seen too many dark youtube videos about crime, but it appears to me the suspect had a dark plan.

The Arkansas Department of Public Safety announced they have made an arrest on Wednesday in connection with the killing of a married couple in front of their children at Devil’s Den State Park. At least 11 people are in the hospital after a stabbing Saturday afternoon at a Michigan Walmart. Grand Traverse County Sheriff Michael Shea said a 42-year-old man, acting alone, entered the Traverse City store and used a folding knife to stab nearly a dozen people.
