A car plowed into a crowd of shoppers at a busy German Christmas market on Friday evening, killing two people and injuring at least 68 in a suspected deliberate attack. Police have identified 15-year-old Natalie Rupnow, who died of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, as the suspected shooter who killed a teacher and a student.
