having read everything up to this point, my two cents are: i'm not really seeing an attempt at blackmailing or extorting him that would warrant him reporting it due to his security clearance. however, it is my opinion that he should inform his security manager about the situation (if he has not already) as he did have a relationship with a foreign national and (allegedly) has a child in another country. what i am seeing is a lot of bluffing on her part trying to manipulate him. i do not believe she would be able to file for anything in georgia as she would not be a legal resident of the state, and as he is not a legal resident of the state, the state should decline as the state does not have jurisdiction over either party. this guy should refuse to buckle to her demands and let it play out via the colombia courts.
