(WDTV/Gray News) – A woman in West Virginia was arrested after allegedly trying to recruit people to assassinate President Donald Trump, according to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office. Morgan Morrow, 39, has been charged with one count of terroristic threats.     correct on the above. however, one thing conceal carry holders must do is avoid provoking a confrontation. i've seen quite a few cases where a cch provoked a confrontation, shot someone, and was then prosecuted successfully because they provoked the confrontation.
