Elizabeth and I met in North Dallas she was there on a tourist visa. A year later we got married. After attempting to navigate the immigration system in the US we gave up and moved to her home country after she overstayed her visa for 13 months. 6 years later we began the process. I 130 was easy got the I601 waiver this April 20th 2015 now in limbo as we have had no contact from the consulate in San Jose.
