This is actually our second chance at love. We met back in 2009 at school and fell in love immediately. We were engaged during 2010 (he proposed on New Years Eve) but we broke up the following year when he went back to Europe. We didn't speak at all in 2012 and it seemed our relationship was officially over. We both moved on to new relationships and I was proposed to again by my new love. While thinking over an answer, I thought about things that went wrong with my ex. I didn't want to rush into another engagement without evaluating my failed previous engagement. I reached out to my ex to ask him what went wrong. From there, our love sparked again and seemed stronger than ever before. Realizing who I was really in love with, I was forced to break things off with my boyfriend as the flame was rekindled with my European soulmate. In 2013, I lived for 5 months in Amsterdam with him and he lived for 5 months with me here in the states. In 2014, we got REengaged and now we are moving forward with where we left off almost 5 years ago!
