I601 waiver currently on appeal....
now after almost 6 years of work and battle... he has given up and moved on to Canadian Arabic woman for Canada residency... I am trying to divorce and cancel US spousal visa.
Oct 2011 they are attempting Ca Immigration Fraud by saying they are married and he is not divorced from me.. Have lied and said he is not or has not been married. to make things even better I have gotten calls from Ca Bell $444 for internet and Hydro $630 they are running bills up in my name!! What a fool I was!!! :{

After being out of status in Canada for almost 2 years, he was picked up and deported back to Egypt.
Hopefully he now realizes you can not use or deceive people for your own gain and you reap what you sow
