Ahhhhhhhh just approved!!!!!!! Jan 16th NSC... Jumping in joy ??????????

Hello all,

I am at NSC with priority date January 7, 2015 and haven't been approved yet.

I called the USCIS customer support today and asked them the reason for the delay because the case is outside of the processing timeframe.

The representative put me on hold and later informed me that it looks like the case is outside normal processing time per his initial check.

He tried to open an inquiry but the system informed him that the NSC is still processing December 16, 2014 cases and my case is still within processing timeframe. This is stupid because I have seen so many January NSC filers getting approved.

I am so disappointed.

Does anybody have tips on who to call and what to say in order to make them process the case faster?

Any help will be appreciated.

My PD is jan 16 and when I called week and half ago, they said they were working on Nov 16. I'm not really sure how they are processing this.

I know! I was thrown off!! I will call them again tomorrow.. So tired of waiting!

So I am confused, I called uscis asking about my status. My PD is jan 16 at NSC. They said they are currently working on November 16, 2014. And to call back in 45-60 days!
