    RFE first, because my application wasn't fully complete and I missed the letter of intent from my fiance. And since it was in RFE, I found a free template online to create letter from me and him. I printed his signed one he sent me scan of, but I also asked him to get it notarized. He went to court and got a 20 rupee stamp paper, and couriered it as well. So USCIS would have received 2 mails from us.

    Approved 6/6/2023 By the way, does NOA2 have any special instructions to follow? Just in case I do not receive it in the mail?

    Question to everyone who were approved already. Have you received actual physical letter in the mail? My RFE never arrived in the mail, regardless of the fact that they should have issued it 3 times (once original, then 2 times after the call. In first call they mistyped my email.) I am assuming it's the RFE system that is broken. There is no way they might be sending it to wrong address.

    So looks like all the evidence and intent to marry I submitted were from me, not from my fiance. Anyways I am looking at the Spreadsheet from this forum and thinking about getting a letter ready with online signatures, and pictures of passport stamps of our shared trips together.

    It's 23 hours since my call where they said it will take 24 hours for RFE to appear in email. Nothing yet.

    Not sure yet. But I assume it has to do with us being gay, and them not having that many gay fiance petitions for India.

    I still haven't received the RFE letter. Did they even issue it? It was never in my USPS mail online.

    Ugh!!!!! WTH 🥵👿 Can't they run things smoothly and sent NOA2 instead of RFE after taking their sweet a$$ time? I made sure I provided everything and several pictures for evidence. What else could they possibly need?

    Hey. What does 8 Expedites(Denied: 8 ) mean? I tried to expedite through my senator last year in July but they refused to expedite? Does it count as expedite deny in your numbers and doesn't affect the processing time or what?

    Hey @joe.b Can you please list the documents needed? So we can prepare in advance? And how do we get police clearance and medical exams? Do we need the NOA2 or something from embassy first? Or we can directly schedule it?

    I am in 66000. But seem like there are more approvals in 67000 than 66000. This is just so random.

    Yes please. Do share. Looking at your timeline, it looks like it took 4 months between NOA2 to actual interview. That's sounds disappointing. Since we had already been waiting for more than a year already, and we were planning our wedding in June.

    Hi, I need to know how long will it take to get visa appointment in India after I get NOA2? I was really hoping to plan marriage in spring 2023, but then I looked at the visa appointment wait times in Mumbai and other consulates in India, and got super disheartened. Let's say if I get NOA2 in March 2023, what's the realistic time I should expect?
