Hi every I am a new member . We need some assistance ,We recently filed concurrent filing that's form i 130 and I 485 the package was received at Chicago lock box on the 25 the of March and even though we had attached the g 1145 to this date we haven't got a response to say whether r not our applications were accepted.
Here are the forms didn't do sent
1 we didn't filed form I 864 was this form mandatory
2.nor form I 693
Is it possible the reason we did not get a response as yet from Uscis Is due to the omission of those forms.
Please note also the checks that submitted still not cashed by Uscis .
Can someone advise us please?
