Congrats, mine was in Mar 17, still no response. So wired
I think once you got transferred the roa date doesn’t matter anymore. I was transferred to Nebraska on 6.27.18 so I follow people who also got transferred the same date and there’s been a lot of approvals for them lately. And I know mine was coming very soon.

Hi guys I just got approved
i received an email we’ve taken an action on your case from USCIS.gov and logged in got we’ve produced your new card
ROA is 4.12.17. I did all the research and work by myself, sent in a lot of documents. No ref no interview I’m so happy. Good luck to everyone who’s still waiting.

Good Morning All,
Filed I-751 with a divorce waiver in February 2017. NOA1 Feb 17, Biometrics Mar 17, RFE for more evidence of co-mingling of finances on July 18, 2018. Responded to RFE Sept 26, 2018, case approved October 1, Card mailed Oct 3, 2018. It has been a long wait. Won't be fully relieved until the card is in my hand 😌🙂
Hi,
I wonder what document do you submit along with i-751? a divorce decree? Thanks.

sorry for the delay
03/09 - Case was received by USCIS
05/10 - Transferred to Nebraska
05/14 - Mailed Divorce Decree
05/22 - Name Changed (I believe this is when they updated my case to waiver, not sure tho)
10/3 - Case Transferred to National Benefit Center
Hi
so by mailing divorce decree, ROC package automatically turns into a waiver? did they ask for any other documents?

Have any other CSC filers had their case transferred to Nebraska?
Mine went there early June, and I'm still waiting. I'm wondering if anyone had had a case transfer around then to kinda gauge how far along the process I am...

Our RFE took about 2 weeks to get approved. This was sent to Nebraska office. First we received status update that new card is being produced, then a few days later status changed to case approved. Hang in there and good luck.
Hi,
So have you ever got transferred to nebraska office? I see that your case was received at local in April...but seems nebraska office is processing your case.. any feedbacks will be appreciated! thanks.

It is an RFE but Its just that I missed three questions. They attached and circle the questions so they are not asking for a bunch more info.
But I dont understand when they say
"Complete the items circled in red on the attached copy form I-751 and return the marked and initialed copy to USCIS. If any item does not apply, write N/A"
Hi do you mind sharing what questions were circled?
this worries me!! i have some questions left blank, like:
other name used
middle name
If the marriage through which you gained conditional residence has ended, provide the date it ended (date of divorce or date of death)
information about your children(we don't have any children)
it's such a waste of time if I get a ref for filling out N/A for these questions lol

I got approved a few days ago. mid March 2017 CSC but transferred to Nebraska in May this year. USCIS did not update online but DHS did BUT I did not get an email or text (I signed up for both). It shows
We are producing your card and will mail it to you
Hi what do you mean by saying DHS notified you the approval? Could you explain how to track through DHS? I only know tracking through USCIS Case status... Thanks.
