Hello. My mother is law is having her interview soon. When the original i864 was submitted to the NVC, 2022 tax transcripts and w2 etc were submitted. For the interview, we will send her the most recent ones from 2023. Does she take the original i864 or do we fill a new i864 with updated information? Thank you

Hello, We are applying for immigrant visa for my mother in law. My father in law passed away in 2010. Is a death certificate enough or do we need to also provide the marriage certificate as well?
