Forget the student visa...just extension so he can stay for another month or 2 n then go back ...is that also too risky

What is my sibling exits the country and come back agaun in few weeks or a month. They have the visa till march 10 Or they exit n reapply for visit or student visa. They have a pakistan passport. What are the chances of approval? Regular traveler to various parts of the world. The family in usa is either citizen or on GC. Plz help

Not an overstay yet. Dec 3 is the last date ...we were thibking of extension as my sibling travels with parents who are on GC and have a language,age,health barrier, both touching 70. They are a big help in the travel process, flight delays, luggage moving, going anywhere while in USA. My parents have a house they help with thr house stuff in this old age, dox appointments n what not. So they being along my parents is a real help which is why we were thinking to extend. Also my sibling does not plan to over stay or take extension if this goes against the immigration laws.

If your sibling is visiting you and has a deadline by immigration to depart on a certain day and you breah that by taking an extension. Does this affect your future visit visa application or it is treated as anyone who came n went back on their normal exit time?? Plz help thanks

He is applying from dubai...living in dubai for ever. Just Pakistani passport. His job n travel history is really good. Yes he will mention everyone but do you still think chances of him vs my sis are low??

Nationality Pakistani: he is coming to meet his cousins in Michigan and new york i am in Texas so it might be hard for him to travel all...he is coming for a short time and his cousins are living in usa for generations

My brother in law is applying for B1/b2 visa. The situation is he applied with my sister but were denied the 1st time. (I am the us citizen)He wants ro apply alone now to visit usa in general. So should he mention me as his relative or no need. The last time they were denied because officer asked about my husband how did he come here n got green card. He came on student visa n ended up here as he fell in love with someone through that he got green card too. However now my family isnt sure if they should mention us in the application or not and if this question comes up again how should this be answered.plz help

The issue is this trip they want to stay outside usa for more than 6 months...will this cause any issues if it is more than 6 months and within a year of outside usa stay??? Plz clarify what can be the repercussions of this

Hi, plz suggest my parents enetered USA on green card. Now this is the 2nd time they will travel on GC. In this case if they travel after 6 months but within a year will the immigration have any issues.

Hi, Plz, help me as to why my sister who applied for visit visa to USA asked at the interview about how and when did my husband and I came.to usa. My husband came as a student married here n stayed whereas I came on a visit after marriage as i already had a visit visa and then we applied for AOS here in USA. My sister answered the same. Hi, I am a USA citizen and have applied for my sister and parents to come and visit me in Texas for my pregnancy and delivery. My parents have been to the USA and had a visitor visa previously but sister we applied for the 1st time. My question is if i obtain a letter from the doctor mentioning that i need my sister to come and help me with delivery and the baby will that be a good thing to do. will that increase her approval chances. She works in Dubai UAE in an art school, is a pakistani by birth and we are taking the required documents along. She has visited other countries like Australia and has travelled well within the stay granted. Never over stayed in any country so does that help her. the DS-160 application does not mention my pregnancy as I was not pregnant at the time it just mentions they want to visit USA as a family and the address is mine. plz help thanks
