So I dont need to add him on my wife NVC case

I am in new york my wife in Dominican republic I am petitioning her I-130 so she was pregnant while the I-130 was in proccess so it was approved about 4 month ago so she gave birth to my son around that same time the case is now in NVC my question is what we do with adding my new child when he wasnt in the I130 application how does it proceeds now?

I am a US Citizen my wife I130 was approved and my wife gave birth to my son need help. My wife is in Dominican Republic my son is about 3 month old what proceeds to now that we started the nvc process I just payed the fees I am questioning about the process do we need to add him to the nvc application? Does she need to take a dominican passport for him over there or what proceeds? Since I am a US citizen I know he will eventually be a us citizen just dont know what to do?
