In a nutshell, filed Aug. 2014
approved by USCIS
Fiance had first appt. in Havana, Cuba Dec. 18th
Visa Denied, Refused on Feb. 05, 2015 sent back to USCIS,
California.
Today is Oct. 08, 2015 & we are still waiting.
His case file is on it's 3 trip back & forth.
