9/2005 - met my fiance on-line
1/2006 - met in person in Korea.
3/2006 - began K-1 process.
10/2006- visa interview in Seoul and I was there. They asked lots of questions about validity of relationship and there's problem on police report so may need to file a waiver.
2/2007 - I visit Korea again and visa is denied at consulate, need I601 waiver.
4/2007 - I hire a lawyer and begin I601 process.
2/4/08 - filed I601
