Alhumdullillah...my wife recieved her K3 visa today.

They were very nice to her at the embassy.

It went through pretty good because:

1. All of her paper work was in order

2. She read the interviews at this web site: http://www.pakcrawler.com/islamabad.html

Her interview was exactly like others

MY I-130 was approved on April 27th and NVC telephone line is still not showing it as recieved.

Does anyone else from the same time from TSC has the same issue ?

So sorry to hear this. They have no right to see if the baby is from your present husband or previous husband. They do have the right to make sure it your baby.

May be with the mix up on dates they are douting your credibility.

hello everybody

we sent our I-130 package (K-3) to Texas on the 17th of april. we got the UPS delivery confirmation but not yet the NOA1 letter

we start to worry. How long "normally" does it take to get the NOA1 letter??

By the way, people usually use the term of "touched"... i did a research to understand what this word mean... can anybody give me a short explanation, plz?

Texas recieves the application and forward it to California Service Center. California Service Center than issues the NOA1. It typically takes ~14 days to get NAO1 in the mail. SO don't worry, it will be Ok.
